McGuire AFB air show 2012

Spring is the time for air shows in the Northeast. Weather is good, plenty of sunshine and relatively calm weather most of the time. The acrobatricks thrill everyone from the youngest infant to the most jaded old timer. Most airshows  feature planes from the oldest bi-planes to the newest fighters, as did the Mcguire AFB show this year.  The main attraction was the Air Force Thunderbirds precision flying team.

I didn’t think these would interest me, but they did. You have some great shots of the formations and I especially like the one where the three planes have just entered the clouds.
